- 1 legged hopping (exchanging of legs) X 6
- 6 X 200m (run 150m; walk back 50m; run 50m; walk back 50m)
- 3 X 20 waist/hips/abdominal exercise
- 3 X 20 back raisers
- 3 X 20 right leg across body to left hand vice versai
okay...training was like GREAT today..i don't know why but i felt extremly motivated today!!! :) i love today's training..there was this invisible power in me today...i wasn't tired!!! i could even do another set!!! but of course i didn't...
