jiao lian is back! today when i heard about our schedule, i was like dying but in my mind i keep on telling myself " come on ling yu! you can do it!" and yes! i did it! though the runs did not need speed , but it was still tiring cause i keep reminding myself toswing my arms and to do high knee lift.. but sadly these reminders only help in the first part of the run cause as i reached to the end, my body refuse to listen to my mind!
